Vera is the founder of Vera’s Gentle Journey, delivering engaging wellbeing sessions focused on mindfulness, gentle movement, and relaxation across aged care, community, and education settings.
She is qualified in children’s movement programs, chair-based mobility, and therapeutic wellbeing practices, with experience supporting individuals living with dementia, anxiety, ADHD, autism, and age-related conditions.
Vera is known for creating warm, inclusive, and interactive sessions that go beyond theory — offering simple, practical tools participants can immediately use to support relaxation, mobility, and emotional wellbeing.
Her work in aged care has highlighted the powerful impact that gentle movement, breathing techniques, and guided relaxation can have in improving mood, connection, and overall quality of life, particularly for those living with dementia.
She founded Vera’s Gentle Journey from a deep passion for helping people feel calm, supported, and connected in their everyday lives. Her mission is to make wellbeing simple, accessible, and inclusive for all — regardless of age or ability.
